These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Payment is due at time of order. For orders with a deferred delivery/planting date due to rooting out new stock, a 50% deposit is required to hold the stock in reserve, with the balance due 7 days prior to scheduled delivery. Cancellations charges will apply if the order is cancelled for any reason. All Credit card payments have a 2.6% transaction fee and Debit card, online payments and cheque payments have a 0% transaction fee.
